Frequently asked questions
How is the level calculated?
There are 10 questions at each level. A level is passed with at least 6 correct answers out of 10. The result is the highest level passed, provided every level below it is also passed.
Is this an official certificate?
No. It gives an approximate level to help you choose the right course or materials. Official certificates for children include the Goethe-Institut's Fit in Deutsch 1 and 2.
Does the test include writing and speaking?
No. Writing and speaking cannot be marked automatically, so the test measures grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening.
What do I need for the listening part?
Turn your sound on. Recordings are read aloud by your browser's built-in German voice, and each one can be played twice.
Can my child do the test alone?
Children aged 9–11 can usually do it alone. Younger children may need a parent to read the instructions, but please don't help with the answers, so the result stays accurate.

كيف يُحسب المستوى؟
لكل مستوى 10 أسئلة، ويُجتاز المستوى بست إجابات صحيحة على الأقل من 10. النتيجة هي أعلى مستوى مجتاز بشرط اجتياز كل المستويات التي قبله.
هل هذه شهادة رسمية؟
لا. الاختبار يعطي مستوى تقديرياً يساعد على اختيار الدورة أو المواد المناسبة. من الشهادات الرسمية للأطفال: Fit in Deutsch 1 و 2 من معهد غوته.
هل يشمل الاختبار الكتابة والتحدث؟
لا، لأن تصحيحهما لا يمكن أن يكون تلقائياً. يقيس الاختبار القواعد والمفردات والقراءة والاستماع.
ماذا أحتاج لقسم الاستماع؟
شغّلوا الصوت. تُقرأ التسجيلات بصوت ألماني من المتصفح، ويمكن سماع كل تسجيل مرتين.
هل يستطيع طفلي أداء الاختبار وحده؟
الأطفال من 9 إلى 11 سنة يستطيعون غالباً أداءه وحدهم. أما الأطفال الأصغر سنّاً فقد يحتاجون إلى من يقرأ لهم التعليمات، لكن لا تساعدوهم في الإجابات حتى تبقى النتيجة دقيقة.
