What is Place Value?
Place value tells us the position of a digit inside a number.
- Ones: the last digit.
- Tens: the second digit from the right.
- Hundreds: the third digit from the right.
- Thousands: the fourth digit from the right.
- Ten thousands: the fifth digit from the right.
How to Solve
- Find the digit inside the number.
- Count its position from the right side.
- Choose the correct place.
